- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Place turkey breast in slow cooker.
- Whisk maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, thyme, garlic, and onion powder.
- Pour glaze over turkey and season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, until 165°F.
- Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with pan juices before serving.
Notes
Use real maple syrup for best flavor. Broil for 3–4 minutes after slow cooking for a golden finish. Save leftover maple jus for serving with vegetables or potatoes.
