Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3–4 lb) boneless turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place turkey breast in slow cooker.
  2. Whisk maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, Dijon, thyme, garlic, and onion powder.
  3. Pour glaze over turkey and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours, until 165°F.
  5. Rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Drizzle with pan juices before serving.

Notes

Use real maple syrup for best flavor. Broil for 3–4 minutes after slow cooking for a golden finish. Save leftover maple jus for serving with vegetables or potatoes.
