Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds baby carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Add baby carrots to a 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, cinnamon, and brown sugar; stir to coat.
  3. Drizzle maple syrup over the carrots and top with butter cubes.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 5–6 hours or high for 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
  5. For thicker glaze, uncover for last 30 minutes or reduce sauce in a saucepan.
  6. Serve warm, drizzling extra glaze on top.

Notes

Use real maple syrup for best flavor. Keep warm in the slow cooker until serving. To make ahead, refrigerate and reheat gently before serving.
