Ingredients

- 10 oz farfalle pasta
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- 1½ lb chicken (thighs or breasts)
- 1½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups corn kernels
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 strips bacon, cooked
- Fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- Season and cook chicken until golden; remove from skillet.
- Sauté corn with spices, remove half, add cream and Parmesan to create sauce.
- Toss in pasta, chicken, and remaining corn.
- Top with bacon and herbs before serving.
Notes
Use fresh corn for best flavor. Can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce. Great topped with extra Parmesan or black pepper.
