Description

A rich, smoky, and creamy pasta made with juicy chicken, sweet corn, crispy bacon, and Parmesan sauce — ready in just 30 minutes!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 10 oz farfalle pasta
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese
  • lb chicken (thighs or breasts)
  • 1½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups corn kernels
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 strips bacon, cooked
  • Fresh herbs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden; remove from skillet.
  3. Sauté corn with spices, remove half, add cream and Parmesan to create sauce.
  4. Toss in pasta, chicken, and remaining corn.
  5. Top with bacon and herbs before serving.

Notes

Use fresh corn for best flavor. Can substitute half-and-half for a lighter sauce. Great topped with extra Parmesan or black pepper.
