Description

Crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, these Brownie Muffin Bites are made from brownie mix and baked in muffin tins for perfect edges every time.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 boxes brownie mix
  • 1 extra egg
  • Ingredients listed on mix boxes (eggs, water, oil)
  • Nonstick spray
  • Optional: chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease muffin tins well.
  2. Prepare brownie mix as directed and add one extra egg.
  3. Fill muffin cups ¾ full.
  4. Bake 18–20 minutes until tops are shiny.
  5. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.

Notes

Spray muffin tins generously to prevent sticking. Add an extra egg for extra chewy texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
