- 2 green apples
- 2 red apples
- 3 oranges
- 1 cup grapes
- 3/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup toasted pecans
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Toast pecans at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
- Whisk orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, and citrus zests; simmer 3–4 minutes, strain, and cool.
- Chop fruit and toss apples with lemon juice.
- Combine fruit, cranberries, and pecans in a bowl.
- Drizzle dressing, toss, and serve immediately or chill.
Notes
Best served fresh or within 24 hours. Add pomegranate seeds or pears for color. Vegan, gluten-free, and kid-friendly!
