Description

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples
  • 2 red apples
  • 3 oranges
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup toasted pecans
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp apple pie spice
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Toast pecans at 350°F for 5–7 minutes.
  2. Whisk orange juice, sugar, apple pie spice, and citrus zests; simmer 3–4 minutes, strain, and cool.
  3. Chop fruit and toss apples with lemon juice.
  4. Combine fruit, cranberries, and pecans in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle dressing, toss, and serve immediately or chill.

Notes

Best served fresh or within 24 hours. Add pomegranate seeds or pears for color. Vegan, gluten-free, and kid-friendly!
