Soft & Gooey Chai Cinnamon Rolls with brown sugar chai filling, sticky caramel base, and creamy chai frosting. Perfect for fall breakfasts or cozy desserts!
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups warm milk
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
- 4 3/4 cups flour
- Spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cloves
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup butter
- Chai caramel sauce: cream, butter, brown sugar, honey, spices
- Filling: butter, brown sugar, chai spice blend
- Frosting: butter, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, spices
Instructions
- Bloom yeast with warm milk and sugar.
- Mix flour, spices, eggs, vanilla, and butter. Knead until smooth.
- Proof until doubled.
- Prepare chai caramel sauce and spread on pan.
- Roll dough, spread filling, slice, and place over caramel.
- Proof again 1 hour.
- Bake at 350°F for 30 mins.
- Frost with chai cream cheese icing and serve warm.
Notes
Best enjoyed warm. Store covered for 3–4 days or freeze unfrosted for up to 2 months. Reheat before serving.
