- 1 (9 oz) package oyster crackers
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt (reduce if crackers are salted)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread oyster crackers evenly on the sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, boiling for 3 minutes while stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour caramel over crackers and toss to coat evenly.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool completely before breaking apart and serving.
