Description
Creamy, spiced deviled eggs piped to look like adorable pumpkins — a festive, savory twist for fall gatherings, Thanksgiving, or Halloween!

- 12 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2–3 drops orange food coloring (optional)
- 2 tbsp chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
- Boil eggs for 10–12 minutes, then cool in ice water.
- Slice eggs in half and remove yolks. Mash yolks with mayo, mustard, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add orange food coloring if desired and mix well.
- Pipe yolk mixture into egg whites in pumpkin shapes using a star tip.
- Garnish with paprika and a small piece of green onion for the ‘stem’.
Notes
For a natural orange color, mix in a touch of paprika or turmeric. Store covered in the refrigerator up to 3 days.
