Ingredients

- 8 to 12 oz warm filtered water
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon raw honey
- (Optional) Juice of 1/2 lemon
- (Optional) 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Warm the filtered water to a comfortable sipping temperature.
- Add the Himalayan pink salt and stir until fully dissolved.
- (Optional) Add lemon juice, raw honey, or apple cider vinegar for added benefits.
- Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning, preferably 15–20 minutes before eating.
- Do not exceed 1/2 teaspoon of pink salt per day to avoid side effects.
