Description

Soft and chewy Peanut Butter Blossoms topped with classic Hershey’s Kisses. A 60-year family favorite and the ultimate Christmas cookie for holiday baking!


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 36 Hershey’s Kisses

Instructions

  1. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
  2. Add peanut butter, egg, milk, and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Shape dough into 1-inch balls, roll in sugar.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 8–10 minutes.
  6. Press a Hershey’s Kiss into each cookie while warm.

Notes

Use creamy peanut butter for best texture. Do not overbake. Perfect for Christmas cookie exchanges and classic holiday desserts!
