Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies cereal, slightly crushed
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp vegetable shortening

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together peanut butter, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in Rice Krispies until evenly mixed.
  4. Shape mixture into small balls and chill 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate and shortening until smooth.
  6. Dip chilled balls in chocolate and chill again until firm.

Notes

For best texture, chill before dipping and use creamy peanut butter. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks or freeze for longer.
