- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions
- Boil carrots for 5–7 minutes until tender. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, melt butter and stir in honey and brown sugar until slightly thickened.
- Add carrots and toss to coat. Cook 2–3 minutes more until glossy.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with herbs, and serve warm.
Notes
To roast instead, toss carrots in butter, honey, and sugar, then roast at 400°F for 25 minutes. For extra shine, add a small pat of butter just before serving.
