Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Whisk butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper together.
- Toss carrots in the honey mixture and spread in a single layer.
- Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and golden.
- Garnish with fresh thyme and drizzle with extra glaze before serving.
Notes
