  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Whisk butter, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper together.
  3. Toss carrots in the honey mixture and spread in a single layer.
  4. Roast 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and golden.
  5. Garnish with fresh thyme and drizzle with extra glaze before serving.

Notes
