- 1 (12-count) package Hawaiian rolls
- 12 oz sliced turkey
- 8 oz Havarti cheese
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tsp poppy seeds
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Slice rolls horizontally; layer Havarti, turkey, cranberry sauce, and top with remaining cheese and rolls.
- Melt butter and mix in seeds, Dijon, onion powder, Worcestershire, and brown sugar.
- Brush butter mixture on rolls, cover with foil, and bake 15–20 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–7 more minutes until golden.
Notes
Swap Havarti for Swiss or Brie for variation. Perfect for leftover turkey! Best served warm.
