- 1 orange (zested and juiced)
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 16 ounces red seedless grapes
- 12 ounces blackberries
- 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
- 2 large sweet apples (Honeycrisp, Fuji, or Gala), cubed
Instructions
- Whisk orange zest, juice, maple syrup, and cinnamon to make dressing.
- Combine grapes, blackberries, and pecans in a bowl.
- Cube apples last and add in.
- Pour dressing and toss until coated.
- Chill 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
Zest before juicing for best flavor. Add pecans just before serving to keep them crunchy. The salad can be made a day ahead and stored covered in the fridge.
