  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar (or honey/maple syrup)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

For the Crisp Topping:

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour (or almond flour)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup melted butter or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix peaches, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, and cinnamon. Pour into a baking dish.
  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Stir in melted butter until crumbly.
