This creamy Chicken Cobbler Casserole combines tender chicken, vegetables, and a Red Lobster biscuit topping for the ultimate family comfort meal.

- ½ cup butter (melted)
- 4 cups shredded chicken
- 1 (12 oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 (11.36 oz) box Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Pour melted butter along the bottom.
- Layer shredded chicken and frozen vegetables over butter. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper.
- In a bowl, whisk biscuit mix, seasoning packet, and milk. Pour evenly over veggies (do not stir).
- In the same bowl, whisk broth and cream of chicken soup. Pour gently over biscuit layer (do not stir).
- Bake uncovered 55–65 minutes until golden brown. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
Add shredded cheddar for a cheesier topping, or use leftover turkey for a holiday twist.
