Description

Crunchy, creamy no-bake Butterfinger Balls made with peanut butter, crushed Butterfingers, and smooth chocolate coating — an easy gluten-free dessert ready in under an hour.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 6 Butterfinger candy bars, crushed
  • 12 oz semisweet or milk chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
  2. Fold in crushed Butterfingers and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt chocolate and dip each ball, then top with crushed candy.
  4. Chill until set and enjoy.

Notes

To make dairy-free, use coconut oil and dairy-free chocolate. Add espresso powder for a mocha flavor twist.
