- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch wedges and pat dry.
- Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toss wedges until coated.
- Add half the Parmesan and bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
