Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch wedges and pat dry.
  3. Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper; toss wedges until coated.
  4. Add half the Parmesan and bake 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Top with remaining Parmesan and parsley; serve hot.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak wedges in cold water 20 minutes before baking. Air fryer method: 375°F for 15–18 minutes.
