- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1–2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- Freshly cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- Fresh thyme leaves
- Baguette slices or crackers
Instructions
- Add feta and Greek yogurt to a food processor. Blend until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, honey, thyme, and pepper. Blend again until creamy.
- Chill for 30–60 minutes to firm up.
- Top with walnuts, honey drizzle, and thyme. Serve with toasted bread or crackers.
