- 1 (14.75 oz) can cream-style sweet corn
- 1 (8.5 oz) box Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and coat an 8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a large bowl, combine corn, creamed corn, Jiffy mix, eggs, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix gently.
- Pour into baking dish and bake 40–50 minutes until golden and set in the center.
- Cool 5 minutes before serving.
