- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 (12 oz) packages frozen corn
- 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, cubed
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheddar jack cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet, melt butter and add corn. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add ranch seasoning and turkey bacon. Mix well.
- Remove from heat, stir in 1 cup cheese, then transfer to baking dish.
- Top with remaining cheese and bake 20–30 minutes until bubbly.
Notes
Make ahead by assembling up to a day in advance. Broil 2 minutes at the end for extra color and crispness.
