Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for bowl)
- For topping: 1/4 cup butter (melted), 1 tbsp minced parsley, 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine warm water and honey, sprinkle yeast on top, and let sit until foamy.
- Add butter, salt, and flour; knead until smooth and elastic.
- Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled.
- Shape into 12 breadsticks and place on greased baking sheet.
- Let rise again for 20–30 minutes while preheating oven to 400°F.
- Bake 12–14 minutes until golden.
- Brush with garlic butter and serve warm.
Notes
Brush with butter right after baking for that authentic Olive Garden flavor. Store leftovers airtight and reheat briefly before serving.
