- 6 cups crisp rice cereal
- 2 cups additional mini marshmallows
- 1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut (plus ¼ cup for topping)
Instructions
- Melt butter and 8 cups marshmallows over medium heat.
- Stir in cereal and coconut.
- Fold in remaining marshmallows for extra gooeyness.
- Press lightly into pan and top with more coconut.
- Cool and cut into squares.
Notes
