- 1 egg white

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet.
- Whisk sugar, cinnamon, and salt together.
- Whisk egg white, vanilla, and water until frothy; toss nuts to coat.
- Add cinnamon-sugar mixture and stir to cover evenly.
- Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely before storing.
