Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 250°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Whisk sugar, cinnamon, and salt together.
  3. Whisk egg white, vanilla, and water until frothy; toss nuts to coat.
  4. Add cinnamon-sugar mixture and stir to cover evenly.
  5. Bake 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely before storing.
