- 1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
- Juice of 1/2 a fresh lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon raw honey (optional)
- 1 cup warm water (not boiling)
Instructions
- Add the apple cider vinegar and lemon juice to a mug or glass.
- Stir in the grated ginger and raw honey until everything is well combined.
- Pour in the warm water and give it one final gentle stir.
- Sip slowly, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
Notes
Use fresh ginger for best flavor. Let water cool slightly after boiling to preserve the benefits of honey and vinegar. Optional: chill the drink overnight and serve cold.
