Instructions
- Slice Brie and lightly crush blackberries. Reduce balsamic vinegar for glaze if desired.
- Layer Brie, blackberries, balsamic drizzle, and thyme between bread slices.
- Butter outer sides and grill over medium heat until golden and melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
