Crispy roasted Brussels sprouts tossed with cranberries, toasted pecans, and a tangy balsamic glaze. A festive, flavorful side dish perfect for Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup toasted pecans, chopped
- Optional: 1/4 cup goat cheese or feta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast 25 minutes, shaking pan halfway.
- Simmer balsamic vinegar 5–7 minutes to reduce. Stir in maple syrup or honey.
- Toss roasted sprouts with cranberries and pecans. Drizzle with glaze and serve warm.
Notes
Make ahead by roasting sprouts up to 1 day early and glazing before serving. Add cheese or red pepper flakes for extra flavor!
